It’s that time of the year when dinner parties, casual get-togethers and all forms of quality time with friends and family keep our schedules jam-packed. A fun time indeed! For a lovely quiet Sunday lunch with my little family, I decided to try out this recipe which consists of a flavourful garlic salsa mash potato, tasty and succulent pepper steak, topped with a creamy mushroom sauce.
